We tried the Mauritian Rougaille, a dish of spicy sausages slow cooked with vine ripened tomatoes, and potato gratin layered with garlic, cream and cheese (plus our own peas!)
Both of these dishes came out of the freezer, into the oven and onto the table within 30 minutes. Quick, easy and delicious! ?
