I was really pleased with this – two sheets of frozen puff pastry, layered with some spicy caramelised onion relish, thinly sliced pumpkin (tossed in olive oil, salt & pepper then roasted for 20 mins) and some good quality marinated feta, then garnished with balsamic glaze and rocket. A quick and easy Sunday night dinner.

Stumbled across these in a restaurant yesterday and tried the lemon & lime (there’s also a plain “brewed lemon”). It seemed less sweet and fizzy than usual, neither of which are a bad thing. Worth trying if you find it.
