gabrielWe tried something a little different for dessert tonight – this single origin chocolate from Gabriel Chocolate in Margaret River is very smooth, with a surprisingly strong taste (and smell) of ground coffee.

It’s very bitter, although I still think it would have been better with dark chocolate. Definitely a one-square-at-a-time kind of treat.
