In a short space of time chef Scott Bridger (ex-Rockpool Bar & Grill) and former Olympic swimmer Eamon Sullivan have built a handy stable of Perth hospitality venues including beachside restaurant Bib & Tucker, Japanese whisky bar Goody Two’s and May Street Larder, a cafe offering Bridger an outlet for his interests in pickling, preserving and fermenting. Three years after opening the original May Street Larder in East Fremantle the duo has opened a second cafe in Sullivan’s home suburb of Mount Hawthorn.
