Markets by the Sea Returns for 2018

Markets by the Sea was described as one of Perth’s best markets after launching in 2017. After huge demand the event organisers are bringing it back bigger and better for 2018, with additional vendors and more entertainment. The unique location sets it apart from other markets around Perth and this event is destined to shine.

Markets by the Sea  guarantees Sunday morning chilled vibes at the beachside venue of Whitfords Nodes Reserve in Hillarys. The park reserve offers free parking, BBQ areas, toilet facilities, giant natural swimming pool and leafy green surrounds – all the essentials for a lively market day. Markets by the Sea will feature unique and varied stall holders, food trucks, acoustic buskers, kids zone, and a chilled out space to catch up with friends and family in a community atmosphere.

Sunday mornings have never looked so good with over 60 incredible artists, creators, designers, growers, foodies and lovers of all things local coming together to create a vibrant and uplifting event. Retailers will  create the ultimate summer shopping experience with photography, art, candles, swimwear, plants, handmade gifts, towels, trinkets, and much much more.

The event has gained the support of the local Council due to the excitement, interaction and community engagement it will bring. The City of Joondalup has come onboard as an event sponsor to continue this event over the Perth summer with two markets scheduled for December 2018 and February 2019.

Market goers are encouraged to use #marketsbythesea to share their Sunday morning market experience.
