Red Rooster have entered the pie game! There’s two to choose from – plain chicken and chicken, bacon & cheese. Alas my favourite part was the mash, peas and gravy on top – the filing was okay but the pie was let down by very tough pastry that couldn’t be cut with the plastic cutlery provided. Either take it home, or BYO cutlery

Saturday night…party time…bring out the yogurt ?? I love citrus-flavoured yogurt although it’s hard to find in anything other than child-size pouches, so I was excited to find this limited edition “lemon cheesecake” from Ski ? . Flavour-wise it’s bang on – you can even taste the biscuit base. It’s very creamy and if the flavour appeals, you won’t be disappointed. And it comes in a massive tub
