The Fraser’s Group is expanding their operations to include outside catering as well combining their five iconic Perth venues under one hub, Fraser’s Events & Catering.
This will be one of the largest complete events offerings in Perth that is locally managed, operated and tailored specifically for the Perth market. Managing Director Chris Taylor is leading the change.
“The opportunity to extend our business into offsite catering is very exciting and a natural progression for our company. We will provide creative solutions using the best people, places, themes and produce, aiming to consistently think outside the box” said Mr Taylor. “My frustration is that some of the external venues currently used by the market are bland and over used, we want to provide that something special, that experience that no one else has delivered, that experience that our clients deserve”.
Their portfolio includes function spaces at Fraser’s in Kings Park, neighbouring Botanical Café, The Old Brewery and Riverside Brewhouse on Mounts Bay Road, BWG Functions at Heathcote Reserve and Indiana at Cottesloe Beach.
The expansion into off site catering has added an extra 28 external venues through establishing working relationships with like-minded creative parties who share their future vision for events in Perth.
“Our aim is to bring a quality restaurant experience to outside venues,” said Mr Taylor. “We are very good at what we do in situ and in a mobile environment and we want to explore creative concepts bringing a new market to the Perth events scene.”
The new Fraser’s Events & Catering website will be launched mid-August and is incorporating corporate events, weddings, parties and catering across all venues to create a complete destination for Perth consumers looking for a variety of event options.
“We are merging our experienced team to create an events company that can offer such diversity in locations and experiences, we want to make the process easy for clients but we also want them to challenge us with creativity, we are proud of what we do and we know how to deliver,” said Mr Taylor.
