Chef George Cooper’s Tiller Dining has added a second day to its December 14 & 15 “Feast on the Farm” weekender in Yallingup.
A selection of dishes will be served from the paddocks, giving an insight into the food and philosophy of The Tiller Dining Room, which is set to open in April 2020.
I recently visited George at the farm, and can confirm that construction is well underway. The dining room is going to be breathtaking when finished.
Tickets for this event are $70pp including all food. Rexpect a relaxed lunch overlooking the golden paddocks, and of course plenty of George’s fantastic and thought provoking food.
A selection of local wines, Eagle Bay beers and soft drinks will be available to purchase on the day (please note there is no BYO option for this event). DJ Mandy B will be providing the tunes om the afternoon.
