Coles Curtis Stone mince and Mum’s Sause

I hope to be presenting more complex recipes than this (although I tend to be an overconfident cook) but of course I was curious to try the new range of pre-seasoned mince by Curtis Stone from @colessupermarkets . I decided to try the "Italian" variety of beef & pork mince with "Italian seasoning", thyme, oregano, garlic and onion powder. As per the suggestion, I grabbed a jar of "Mum's Sause" and headed for the stove. . There's not much else to say, really. I had an edible bolognese quicker than it took to cook the pasta. It wasn't anything special, but you wouldn't expect it to be. . Yes, you could be much more creative with the mince but if you were likely to do that you probably wouldn't buy it in the first place. A quality product, but I'm not sure of the market. . Also available in Mexican, Thai & Chinese.
