City Wine returns to Perth for 2022 on March 25 & 26. The event is a great opportunity to taste and enjoy great wine, beer and spirits,

The City of Perth embrace the event as a great opportunity for the people of Perth to come into the city to enjoy the festival and the wide variety of bars and restaurants in the precinct.

“We’re thrilled to host Perth’s City Wine festival at Russell Square in vibrant Northbridge. Also, the recent home of Fringe Festival, our expansive inner-city park is sure to be bustling with local wine makers and enthusiasts,” City of Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said.

“Events such as this will continue to put the City of Perth on the map as an exciting place to live, work and visit.”

CMS Events Director, Richard Campbell is looking forward to providing a much-needed stimulus for both business and community and is excited to be able to present the event again in 2022.

“We understand people are cautious, as we are, but after years of building successful events in Western Australia, we are very mindful of our obligations to both clients and the community and are well prepared to manage the event with the gradual opening of WA. We are up for the challenge and really looking forward to working our way towards growing back to a more stable future.”

“City Wine, which is normally staged at the beginning of winter, has been brought forward to early autumn and will host three sessions over the two days.

“We look forward to presenting our great line-up of boutique wineries and a friendly atmosphere in the expanded gardens of Russell Square – a fantastic location for people to try and buy some of WA’s best boutique wines”.

Also, at the event will be craft brews, local spirits and food to enjoy. The Park lounge is back for those seeking a more indulgent option along with live music and activation areas for patrons.
