Now in its third year, Cabin Fever has established itself as one of Western Australia’s premier food and wine festivals. At its core, the festival is about bringing people from around the state to Margaret River during what are traditionally the region’s quieter winter months. The program is a showcase of the region’s best and its collaborations are among its highlights, pairing some of the country’s best chefs are restaurants together for special, one-off events.
